A visit from Aunt Shirley and Grandma

Uncle Marty went camping with some of the boys, so Aunt Shirley is visiting Grandma for a few days. Yesterday they decided to go and see Amber and Jessica's new homes. They headed to Twin and went and visited Amber first and saw her new home. Then they came by here (and even though our home isn't new, Shirley had never been here) so we took a quick tour of our house and then they invited the kids and I to go look at Jessica's new house. We were excited to go with them because I haven't had the chance to see Jessica's home yet.

Here is a picture of the front of Jessica's house.

Jessica took the top off the hot tub off to show us, and the kids asked if they could just soak their feet. Not two minutes later we turn around and find all five kids in the hot tub in their clothes.

Air Show

I was able to go on a little date with my two boys today. Troy was working and my parents had to come to town for awhile so they took Jaycee, so the two boys and I went to the Blue Angels Air Show at the Twin Falls Airport today. It was a lot of fun.

Then later in the day Dad, Mom, Jaycee, Amber, Gary, & Regie came to a grassy area by the airport and parked and watched the end of the show. The Blue Angels flied last and they were AWESOME to watch. Here are a few pictures.

Garage Sale & Night with Friends

Yesterday we had a garage sale at our house along with Perry and Marcy. We both did well, cleaned up around three, and took the remainder of stuff to charity.

McKenna walking the kids over to play at the park for a bit.

Then later in the evening Dave & Steph joined us and we had a crazy, fun filled night "thinking outside of the box". This is a little bit of an inside joke with "our little saying" the six of us always use. But basically, we aren't afraid to have a good time being ourselves. Here are a few pictures from our evening.

We sold our crib on the garage sale but still had the crib mattress. We decided to take turns sliding down our stairway on the crib mattress. It was hilarious. These pictures do it absolutely no justice. The best one which I didn't get a good picture of was when Dave laid on the mattress on his belly and Troy laid on top of Dave and they tried to go together. The mattress fell out from underneath them on like the second stair and Troy ended up riding Dave down the rest of the way. We laughed SO SO hard, it was the funniest thing EVER!!

Then we ended the night off with a little tennis. It was such a fun night. Thanks Knopps and Nelsons for having so much fun with us. We love you!!

Carson Reunion

Last weekend we went to the Carson Reunion at NAT SOO PAH. It is always a lot of fun and it is one of the reunions that we look forward to every year. Troy pulled us up there Thursday night and got us all set up. Then he came back and worked all day Friday and came back up on Friday night and we all stayed through Sunday. Here are a few pictures from our weekend.

Grandma and Jackson helping Ori put together his puzzle.

Ronnie brought his four wheelers and we all took turns taking lots of rides throughout the weekend. The kids loved it!

Jaycee & Papa

A little stream ran through our campground and the kids (regardless of anything the adults said) had a really hard time staying out of it. They played in it every chance they got.

Perry & Marcy and Troy & I went for a ride together on the four wheelers.

Just hanging out visiting with family

Marcy and Regie

Friday night they had a spaghetti frenzy planned. They sat a few people up to a big table and they each picked a number out of a hat. Then they went around and gave you the utensil matched with the number you picked and that is what you had to eat your spaghetti with.

Saturday morning Troy cooked breakfast for all of us. He made us breakfast burritos and they turned out AWESOME! This is him cooking our breakfast on one grill while Hailey is cooking their breakfast on another.

Our neighbors - Kory, Michelle, Keegan, & Chancey

On Saturday all the boy cousins in our family got their hair done the same way. The looked so good and thought it was the coolest thing ever.

One of the activities for the kids was they all got to make a visor to wear. This is my kids and some of their cousins showing off their new visors.

We played boccie ball several times throughout the weekend.

And had our normal horseshoe tournament.

They taught the young kids the Cha Cha Slide and then they performed it for all of us. It was super cute.

Jaycee & Aunt Jo

We went swimming several times throughout the weekend. This is the cutest picture of Papa Clyde taking all six of his grand kids swimming.

They all loved the slide.

Love this picture Amber took of Kayden.

The boys also loved the diving boards. They went off of the big and small diving boards all by themselves.

The day we were getting ready to leave I found my niece playing under the front of our fifth wheel in the dirt with all the trucks. It was too cute not to take a picture of.
